Return Policy

We want to ensure that your purchase is a satisfactory one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after receipt of shipment, Please contact us. For web sales the customer has 14 days for a full refund and 30 days for exchange (less shipping and handling costs)

Items purchased, as gifts will only be eligible for a credit.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited back to the original method of payment less shipping charges

Please be advised that health care products and personal wear items are non-returnable.

  • Breast-feeding accessories
  • Training pants
  • Baby carriers
  • Breast Pumps

All returns must be in their original packaging, in their original condition, and must remain in their new and unused condition.

We suggest you keep the box that you received your products in to ensure an easier return if needed. All labels must be attached, and in the case of clothing, it must NOT be washed. A receipt must accompany each and every return.

Sale items are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. All special orders are final sale.

Returns are done at your expense. We advise you to take insurance on your package, as Jaydee Baby will not be held responsible if your package gets lost during shipping.

Refusal of Delivery: Any order refused is charged a $20.00 fee and customer is responsible for any other costs that occur during the delivery process.

Incorrect Shipping Information: If a package is returned to Jaydee Baby due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer would be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Items lost or damaged in shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

We are committed to our customer’s privacy. Customer’s Personal Information is used to communicate with you by phone, mail or email to fill order requests. This information can be used to provide customer service, administer promotions/contests, and gift registries to help us understand our business.
