Shipping

We hope your shopping experience with Jaydee Baby was an outstanding one. We ship from our location Oakville Ontario via Canada Post, Canpar. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We Currently ship to Canada, USA, The United Kingdom & Australia.

Your order will be shipped out within 24 - 73 hours of processing your order. Some of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers and may take up to 14 days to arrive.

Please Note: Ameican Express requires 5 business days to clear your transaction.  Please allow 5 business days for your order to clear, if you used an American Express card. Once your transaction has cleared, then your order will be processed and Items will be shiped. 

Jaydee Baby and some of their suppliers do reuse boxes, but your items are handled with white glove care. This cuts down on shipping cost and the environment.

The Cost of Shipping is based on your order size and the package destination.

Free Shipping within Canada promotion excludes Nunavut, Yukon, and NWT.

Shipping Surcharges

Exceptions to our shipping costs or Free shipping promotions may occur. We provide Free shipping after a purchase of $55.00 Canadian on all non-furniture items, after sales, discounts, coupons, and before taxes Free shipping does not apply to custom orders or Keekaroo High chair. 

Furniture items, larger and oversize items are heavier and can be more expensive to ship than smaller orders. Furniture items are not stocked and may incur a freight charge. This may be billed to you at a later date as the item is shipped from our supplier.

All orders shipped to remote areas may incur additional costs. Our suppliers will ship to Canadian P.O Boxes addresses. 

If an item is on back order you will be notified.

Once your order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. 

Sales Tax

Canadian Orders 13% HST will be applied.
No federal or provincial taxes will be charged on items shipped outside of Canada.

Please note: The purchaser is responsible for any duty or custom charges that may occur.
